Nomadic was built specifically as a tender for the Titanic to ferry her first-class passengers between ship and shore at harbours, such as Cherbourg, which could not accommodate the mighty Titanic or her sister Olympic Class luxury liners. She was fitted out in exactly the same opulent style as her mistress Titanic and is currently the last white Star vessel still afloat!
